Job Title: Tow Truck Driver

ONTIME TILT-N-TOW INC is seeking a skilled and experienced Tow Truck Driver to join our team. As a Tow Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting vehicles to designated locations, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transportation: Drive a tow truck to transport vehicles to designated locations, ensuring safe and efficient transportation.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Perform regular vehicle inspections, maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization, and ensuring all equipment is in good working condition.
  • Emergency Response: Respond to emergency roadside situations, providing assistance and support to stranded motorists.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience as a Tow Truck Driver or in a related field is an asset.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Class 1/1F/A Licence (semi trailer trucks) and Class 3/3F/DF Licence (trailer truck, vehicles with more than 3 axles).
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a strong attention to detail.
