Key Responsibilities
  • Transport Vehicles: Safely and efficiently transport vehicles to designated locations, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to vehicle owners, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Vehicle Inspection: Conduct regular inspections of the tow truck and its equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Emergency Response: Respond to emergency situations, such as accidents or breakdowns, to provide assistance and transport vehicles to a safe location.
  • Logistics: Maintain accurate records of vehicle transportations, including pickup and drop-off locations, and ensure timely delivery of vehicles.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience as a Tow Truck Driver or in a related field is an asset.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Class 1/1F/A Licence (semi trailer trucks) and Class 3/3F/DF Licence (trailer truck, vehicles with more than 3 axles).
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a valid driver's licence.
Work Environment

As a Tow Truck Driver with On-Time Tilt-N-Tow Inc., you will work in a fast-paced environment, often in varying weather conditions. You will be required to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and sit for extended periods.
