ONTIME TILT-N-TOW INC is seeking a skilled and experienced Tow Truck Driver to join our team. As a Tow Truck Driver, you will be responsible for providing emergency roadside assistance and towing services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive and operate a tow truck to respond to emergency calls and transport vehicles to designated locations.
  • Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in good working condition.
  • Oversee the condition of the vehicle and inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage, and other equipment.
  • Perform emergency roadside repairs and provide assistance to stranded motorists.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and dispatchers to provide timely and efficient service.
  • Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and vehicle maintenance.
Requirements:
  • Class 1/1F/A Licence (semi-trailer trucks) and Class 3/3F/DF Licence (trailer truck, vehicles with more than 3 axles).
  • Valid driver's licence and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the towing industry or a related field.
  • Knowledge of GPS navigation systems and other communication equipment.
  • Basic security clearance and a valid driver's licence check.
