Service Desk Support Specialist

Leavitt Machinery is a leading provider of material handling equipment and services. We are seeking a skilled Service Desk Support Specialist to join our team in Coquitlam, BC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier 1-2 support for end-users, including technical support tickets, emails, and calls to the IT department.
- Monitor and report calls and call metrics from the time they are opened until the time they are closed while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Provide basic PC troubleshooting, including managing power options, control panel, and image PCs, as needed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic network and server access problems for end-users.
- Assist in collecting information for equipment inventory.
Requirements:
- Post-secondary degree, diploma, or equivalent in a related field.
- Knowledge of networking, routing, firewalls, and security.
- Understanding of ITIL Methodologies.
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation) are an asset.
