Leavitt Machinery is a leading provider of material handling equipment and services. We are seeking a skilled Service Desk Support Specialist to join our team in Coquitlam, BC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Tier 1-2 support for end-users, including technical support tickets, emails, and calls to the IT department.
  • Monitor and report calls and call metrics from the time they are opened until the time they are closed while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Provide basic PC troubleshooting, including managing power options, control panel, and image PCs, as needed.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic network and server access problems for end-users.
  • Assist in collecting information for equipment inventory.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary degree, diploma, or equivalent in a related field.
  • Knowledge of networking, routing, firewalls, and security.
  • Understanding of ITIL Methodologies.
  • Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation) are an asset.

This role is onsite based in Coquitlam, BC with the possibility of changing to hybrid after successful completion of the probationary period.
