Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Support Worker to join our team at Home Caregiver Support. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide personal care and support to clients in their homes, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene
  • Provide support with regular exercise, such as walking
  • Change non-sterile dressings and assist with feeding
  • Launder clothing and household linens, and perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, and cook as needed
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home
Requirements
  • CPR Certificate
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Criminal record check
  • Valid driver's licence
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role
Working Conditions

As a Home Support Worker, you will work in clients' homes, providing one-on-one support and care. You will be required to work independently, with minimal supervision, and must be able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
