We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Support Worker to join our team at Home Caregiver support. As a Home Support Worker - Personal Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Personal Care: Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene, promoting independence and dignity.
  • Light Housekeeping: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, maintaining a safe and healthy environment in the home.
  • Meal Preparation: Prepare and serve nutritious meals, considering dietary needs and preferences.
  • Exercise and Mobility: Assist clients with regular exercise, such as walking, and maintain their mobility and flexibility.
  • Health and Safety: Maintain a safe and healthy environment, adhering to infection control protocols and ensuring the client's safety.
Requirements
  • Certifications: CPR Certificate and First Aid Certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
Working Conditions
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
