Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Dairy Queen. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and address any customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure that staff are meeting expectations.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and make recommendations for inventory control and cost reduction.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this position.
  • Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment is preferred.
  • Work Setting: This position is based in a fast-paced restaurant environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking required.
  • Physical Capabilities: Standing for extended periods is required for this position.
