As a caregiver at Senior Helpers Vancouver BC, you will have the chance to work with seniors in their own homes, providing companionship, emotional support, and assistance with daily living activities. Our caregivers are the heart of our organization, and we are committed to providing them with the training, support, and resources they need to succeed.
Job Duties:
- Assist with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as assigned
- Provide companionship and emotional support by engaging in conversation and recreational activities
- Perform household tasks such as meal preparation and tidying up
Qualifications:
- Caring and Compassionate—you enjoy helping others
- Willingness to learn new skills to best assist your clients
- Must be able to speak and write in English
- Experience in healthcare, home care, assisted living, independent living, home health, medical assistance, or nursing assistance is an asset
