About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital and Data Architect to join our team at Paper Excellence Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving digital and data transformation initiatives that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital and data strategies that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Lead the development of data management strategies and solutions that ensure the quality, integrity, and security of our data assets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate digital and data solutions and drive adoption across the organization.
  • Participate in the development of data governance and data quality policies and frameworks that ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Act as a thought leader for business units to help them envision a digital and data future that accelerates their ability to meet business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in digital strategy, data management, or related roles.
  • Proven leadership experience in driving successful digital and data initiatives.
  • English required, bilingual in French and English is a good asset.
