Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital and Data Architect to join our team at Paper Excellence. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for researching, evaluating, and aligning digital and data transformation initiatives to meet our organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Digital Innovation: Research and evaluate emerging digital technologies for potential adoption, design and lead Proof of Concept activities of AI solutions that have high potential to positively impact our needs.
  • Data Strategy and Business Intelligence: Lead the development and architecture of data management strategies and solutions ensuring the quality, integrity, and security of our data assets while aligning to our overall IT strategic roadmap.
  • Digital Strategy: Participate in the development and execution of a comprehensive digital strategy aligned with our business objectives, evaluate our current digital capabilities against digital objectives and identify areas for improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with IT, finance, operations, and other departments to integrate digital and data solutions, drive the adoption and integration of digital and data solutions across the company, enhancing customer experience, operational efficiency, and competitive advantage.
  • Data Governance: Participate in the development of data governance and data quality policies, standards, and frameworks, ensure solutions comply with data privacy regulations and industry standards.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in digital strategy, data management, or related roles.
  • Leadership: Proven leadership experience in driving successful digital and data initiatives.
