We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at New Edge Alliance INC. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support to our team and contributing to the development of our company's success.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Arrange and Coordinate Events: Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, and other events to support the needs of our team.
  • Record and Prepare Minutes: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences to ensure that all important information is captured and communicated.
  • Establish Office Procedures: Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Schedule and Confirm Appointments: Schedule and confirm appointments with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and effective communication.
  • Provide Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team by answering telephone calls, responding to electronic enquiries, and compiling data and statistics.
  • Maintain Office Systems: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems to ensure accurate and efficient record-keeping.
  • Prepare Correspondence: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.

Requirements:


  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
