Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated individual to provide short-term support and coverage in various departments on an as-needed basis. As a member of the clerical pool, you will have the opportunity to branch out and work in short-term placements that range from on-call, part-time, and full-time opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide front-line customer service to both internal and external customers
  • Perform data-entry, typing, and filing tasks
  • Respond to telephone and email inquiries
  • Create and maintain manual and computer files and reports
  • Perform additional projects and assignments as required
Requirements
  • Completion of grade 12 education
  • Minimum of 3 years of administrative and customer service experience
  • Strong communication skills and ability to provide exemplary customer service
  • Sound judgment and ability to work with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of office practices and procedures
  • Experience operating standard office equipment
  • Accurate typing and data entry speed
  • Formal training and experience using Microsoft Office suite products
