Chief Financial Officer

Karis Disability Services is seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Officer to lead our financial operations and drive strategic initiatives. As a key member of our Senior Leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering Christian faith-informed perspectives on financial issues and practices relevant to our organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide analysis and recommendations on financial, legal, and ethical standards and practices that align with our Christian Ethos and Values.
- Lead the Finance, Procurement, and Legal departments, establishing accountability structures that reflect our organization's mission and values.
- Collaborate with the CEO and Senior Leadership to develop and implement the Strategic Plan, ensuring alignment with our organizational priorities.
- Ensure direct reports formulate Department operating plans to achieve relevant outcomes identified in the Strategic Plan.
- Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies, government ministries, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance and advance our mission.
- 10+ years of experience in a leadership role in Financial Management, preferably in a non-profit or faith-based organization.
- CPA Designation and a Master's Degree in Business or a related field.
- Excellent communication, motivational, delegation, and leadership skills.
- Frequent travel required.
