Requirements:

  • Undergraduate or graduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Designated CPA with proven experience (10+ years) in an executive financial leadership role.
  • Demonstrated success in leading capital raising initiatives, including equity financing, debt financing, and M&A transactions.
  • Strong understanding of financial planning and analysis, capital raising, investor relations, and corporate finance.
  • Strong understanding of technology business models and recurring revenue streams.
  • Solid understanding of legal and regulatory requirements relevant to the software industry.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
