This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of reserving data, as well as providing insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the reserving team in the development and implementation of reserving strategies and processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication of reserving data and insights
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including regulators and external auditors
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to inform reserving practices and strategies
