Job Title: Landscaping Supervisor

ORANGEBIRD BUILDING MAINTENANCE INC. is seeking a skilled Landscaping Supervisor to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Landscaping Supervisor to oversee the maintenance of our outdoor spaces. The successful candidate will have a strong background in horticulture and a proven track record of leading teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire, supervise, and schedule staff to ensure efficient and effective maintenance of outdoor spaces.
  • Plan and direct grounds maintenance activities, including snow removal and equipment repair.
  • Estimate labour and materials costs for projects and tenders.
  • Administer contracts and requisition materials and equipment as needed.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent oral communication and client focus skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong initiative and judgement skills.
