Ferrovial, a leading global infrastructure developer and constructor, is seeking an experienced Senior Infrastructure Project Coordinator to join our team in winter operations.

Job Description:

This role will play a key part in ensuring the successful delivery of winter operations projects. As a Senior Infrastructure Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling projects; completing quality inspections; supervising sub-contractors and staff. You will report to the Patrol Supervisor and Operations Manager in their absence and supervise crew members in completing tasks, ensuring safety and timely completion.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Skill Set: High level of technical knowledge and expertise in project coordination, planning, and execution.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership and supervision skills to manage teams effectively.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders, including employees, clients, and external partners.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Organizational: High level of organizational skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field, preferably in project coordination or management.

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a comprehensive pension plan. Estimated Salary: $95,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
