We are a reputable restaurant chain seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our restaurant, maintaining high standards of quality and service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Planning
    • Develop and implement daily operations plans to ensure efficient service delivery.
    • Coordinate with kitchen staff to manage food preparation and presentation.
  • Financial Management
    • Manage cash handling and reconcile cash reports.
    • Prepare and submit balance sheets and related financial documents.
  • Staff Supervision
    • Supervise a team of 3-4 staff members.
    • Provide guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Inventory Management
    • Oversee inventory levels and manage stock replenishment.
    • Ensure accurate inventory records and reports.
  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
    • Conduct regular safety inspections and implement corrective actions.
  • Marketing and Sales
    • Participate in marketing planning and implementation.
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. They will be required to work a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
