Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Financial Management
    • Manage cash handling, balance sheets, and cash reports to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure prompt and courteous service to customers, addressing complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Inventory and Supply Chain
    • Oversee inventory management, negotiating arrangements with suppliers for food and other essential supplies.
  • Marketing and Promotion
    • Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive business growth and increase customer engagement.
  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for staff and customers.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
    • 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
