Restaurant Manager Job Description

Ruchi's Masala House is seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our team and drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Plan and organize daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer experiences.
  • Financial Management: Balance cash, complete balance sheets, and manage cash reports to maintain financial stability.
  • Team Leadership: Conduct performance reviews, negotiate supplier arrangements, and enforce health and safety regulations.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints, provide excellent service, and ensure a positive dining experience.
  • Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing plans, implement sales strategies, and drive revenue growth.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week
