About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field.
  • Proven customer service experience, with a strong focus on building relationships and providing exceptional service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
