Job DescriptionWe're hiring multiple full-time Business Development Representatives to join our team in downtown Vancouver. As a Business Development Representative, you'll be responsible for engaging prospects through multitouch approaches while meeting sales/KPI targets.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand recruitment goals and suggest appropriate solutions.
- Manage pricing discussions, handle objections, and guide prospects through the sales process.
- Lead qualified software demos with product specialists.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and account growth.
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to align solutions with client needs.
This role requires confident communication and public speaking skills. You should thrive in healthy competition and structured environments with targets. A solutions-focused sales strategy that meets clients' needs is essential. You'll work in a culture of collaboration and innovation, with a focus on employee recognition and collaboration.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you should have:
- Sales experience and a track record of success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A customer-centric approach and ability to build strong relationships.
- Fluency in English is required, and fluency in Spanish or French is an asset.
