About the Role:We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our Emergency Department. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing patients, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess patients and develop individualized care plans
- Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency setting
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and guidelines
- Current practicing registration as a Registered Nurse with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM)
- Completion of a recognized advanced program in emergency care nursing or two (2) years' recent, related experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
