Job Title: Executive Assistant Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Executive Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the administrative functions of our organization.

Estimated Salary:

$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Role:

The Executive Assistant Manager will be responsible for providing administrative support to the management team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and implementing new administrative procedures as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity;
  • Review and evaluate existing administrative procedures to identify areas for improvement;
  • Delegate work to office support staff to ensure tasks are completed efficiently;
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met;
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including data entry and report preparation;
  • Administer policies and procedures related to record release under government access to information and privacy legislation;
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services;
  • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls;
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence;
  • Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in a similar role;
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines;
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively;
  • Efficient time management and organizational skills.
