  • Collaborate with senior management, technical teams, and vendors to provide support and escalate issues when required.
  • Manage and prioritize workload, ensuring a service delivery model characterized by cross-training, workload sharing, and collaborative team effort.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, providing clear and concise information for team members and stakeholders.
  • Provide cross-training and knowledge transfer to team members, ensuring a smooth transition of responsibilities.
  • Support Microsoft Exchange and integration with Email List Services, as well as other platforms as required.
  • Participate in on-call rotation and contribute to projects as a subject matter expert on messaging services.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical skills and experience in messaging systems, Microsoft products, and scripting languages.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with senior management, technical teams, and vendors.
  • Ability to design and develop scripts to automate and improve existing processes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
