At LIN'S ROOFING INC, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Roofing Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of roofing systems, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:- Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, including scheduling, resource allocation, and budgeting.
- Team Supervision: Lead and supervise a team of roofers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality workmanship.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with quality standards, safety protocols, and company policies.
- Communication: Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Cost Management: Monitor and control project costs, including material procurement, labor costs, and equipment rental.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 5 years or more in roofing construction, with a proven track record of supervisory experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
This is a full-time position, working 35 to 40 hours per week, with a permanent employment contract. The work environment is fast-paced, with a focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Language:The primary language of work is English.
