Job Title: Roofing Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Roofing Supervisor to join our team at LIN'S ROOFING INC.

Job Summary:

The Roofing Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the installation of roofing systems, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of roofing crews to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Conduct site visits to inspect work in progress and ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
  • Develop and implement project schedules and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
  • Collaborate with project managers and estimators to ensure accurate project estimates and schedules.
  • Recruit, train, and develop roofing crew members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Ensure all roofing work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in roofing supervision or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and managing roofing crews.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
Working Conditions:

The Roofing Supervisor will work primarily on construction sites, with occasional travel to company offices and client sites. The role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent exposure to changing weather conditions and physical demands of the job.
