Job Title: Roofing Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Roofing Supervisor to join our team at LIN'S ROOFING INC. As a Roofing Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of roofing systems, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the work of roofing crews, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to complete projects efficiently.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site visits to ensure that roofing work meets quality standards and company policies.
  • Health and Safety: Implement and maintain a safe working environment, adhering to company health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Communication: Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in roofing, with a proven track record of supervising and leading teams.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
