Job Title: Roofing Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Roofing Supervisor to join our team at LIN'S ROOFING INC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of roofing systems, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Supervise a team of roofers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project completion.
  • Project Management: Coordinate and schedule roofing projects, including material procurement and labor allocation.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
  • Health and Safety: Implement and maintain a safe working environment, adhering to company policies and industry best practices.
  • Communication: Liaise with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 5 years or more in roofing supervision or a related field
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Work Environment:

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 35-40 hour workweek. The successful candidate will be required to work on-site, with occasional travel to client meetings and project sites.
