Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Subway. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management and be able to plan and organize daily operations with ease.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and Organize Daily Operations: Develop and implement strategies to ensure seamless daily operations, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
- Negotiate Arrangements with Suppliers: Build relationships with suppliers to secure the best possible deals for food and other essential supplies.
- Address Customer Complaints: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements:
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
- Experience in restaurant management an asset
