Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Solutions Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients in the construction industry
- Utilizing your problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve client issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless communication and resolution of client concerns
