The Administrative Assistant for Human Resources and Legal Affairs supports the HR and legal team in all administrative tasks, actively participates in the administrative management of the office, and contributes to the fluidity of internal processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the HR and legal team
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
- Coordinate internal meetings, training sessions, and events
- Develop and implement efficient administrative procedures and systems
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative role
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other software applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
