Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify client prospects in need of temporary and/or direct hire workforce services & solutions
  • Develop strong relationships with hiring managers via phone, text, email, social media, and in-person meetings
  • Execute activities that will gain results (lots of outbound cold calls, virtual, and on-site client meetings)
  • Negotiate pricing to ensure maximum return on quality solutions
  • Expand our reach with a tech and personal touch approach

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of staffing recruitment experience
  • Strong history of being successful in previous roles
  • Ability to connect with others through various communication channels
  • Prior experience working in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment
  • Track record of delivering results in a metrics-driven setting
  • Passion for results, resilience, self-confidence, and a desire to excel
  • Possess a natural curiosity and determination to achieve goals - you like to succeed
  • Must be able to work in the office at least 2 days a week
  • The position requires visiting client sites located in areas where public transportation may not be available
