At Randstad Canada, we are seeking a talented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team of experts in Operational Talent Solutions. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the careers of others and contribute to the growth of our organization.

About the Role:

  • We sell work solutions to help companies find the best talent for their organizations.
  • You will be responsible for identifying client prospects in need of temporary and/or direct hire workforce services & solutions.
  • Develop strong relationships with hiring managers via phone, text, email, social media, and in-person meetings.
  • Execute activities that will gain results, including outbound cold calls, virtual, and on-site client meetings.
  • Negotiate pricing to ensure maximum return on quality solutions.

About You:

  • 1-3 years of staffing recruitment experience.
  • Strong history of being the best at whatever you have done in the past.
  • Ability to connect with others through phone, video, social media, and in-person meetings.
  • Prior experience working in a team-oriented and fast-paced organization.
  • Track record of delivering results in a metrics-driven environment.
  • Possess a natural curiosity and relentless determination to make things happen - you like to WIN.
  • Must be able to work in the office at least 2 days a week.
  • The position requires you to visit client sites located in areas where public transportation may not be available.

About Our Offer:

  • A competitive base salary and bonus plan ($55,000 - $65,000 per year).
