About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Leasing Sales Representative to join our team at goeasy Ltd. As a Leasing Sales Representative, you will play a key role in generating sales of our home goods through direct engagement with our customers, helping them find their desired product on an affordable payment plan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build Strong Customer Relationships: Welcome and engage customers in person, over the phone, and through email to build superior customer sales experiences.
  • Empower Customers to Achieve Their Financial Goals: Educate and empower customers to achieve their financial goals through building their credit and providing them with the necessary tools and resources.
  • Maximize Retail Store Growth: Capitalize on various cross-sales and add-on products to maximize retail store growth and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate Financial Products: Communicate the terms and conditions of our financial products to customers in a clear and transparent manner.
  • Support Retail Operations: Manage customer accounts, collection activities, and the merchandising and maintenance of the store to ensure seamless operations.
  • Secure Customer Information: Secure all required information to fulfill customer applications for products and services with strong attention to detail.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communicator who is people and results-oriented, looking to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Compassionate and Integrity-Driven: Compassionate and operate with integrity on every sale, caring deeply for our customers.
  • Customer-Facing Experience: Some experience in a customer-facing environment, with the ability to pass background checks and obtain a full class driver's license.
