Job Overview

The Mental Health Account Manager will be responsible for driving the adoption of our digital therapeutic tools within residential treatment centers, large clinics, family services organizations, and health systems.

Main Responsibilities:
  • BUILD AND MANAGE A ROBUST PIPELINE FROM LEAD TO SALES CONVERSION, MEETING OR EXCEEDING QUARTERLY TARGETS
  • INFLUENCE PROSPECTS THROUGH CLINICAL EVIDENCE AND DATA ON HOW OUR SOLUTIONS CAN BENEFIT THEM, DRIVING CLINICAL OUTCOMES AND BUSINESS GROWTH
  • MANAGE ALL STAGES OF THE ENTERPRISE SALES PROCESS FROM PROSPECTING TO CLOSING
  • CULTIVATE AND NURTURE NEW RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLINICAL LEADERS AND DECISION-MAKERS, INCLUDING SENIOR EXECUTIVES OF PROSPECT ORGANIZATIONS
Requirements:
  • Strong track record of closing deals and consistently meeting/exceeding sales quotas
  • Product & Market Knowledge: Understand the features and functions of Unyte's offerings, and apply this knowledge in the context of user experience, business, and the broader industry
  • Relationship Building: Quickly establish trust and rapport with prospects by tailoring your approach to different personalities and communication styles, ensuring long-lasting relationships
