Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Foreman/Woman to join our team at Vitrerie SB et Associés. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our warehouse, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement plans to prioritize tasks and optimize warehouse operations
- Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, including inventory management and supply chain coordination
- Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
- Monitor quality and production levels, ensuring that all products meet the highest standards
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment
- Draw up production schedules and plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics of the organization
- Read blueprints to determine work requirements and ensure that all tasks are completed accurately
Requirements
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a warehouse or production environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a team
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
- Steel-toed safety boots and other necessary personal protective equipment
