Warehouse Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Foreman/Woman to join our team at Vitrerie SB et Associés. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our warehouse, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Operational Logistics: Develop and implement plans to prioritize tasks, oversee operational logistics, and coordinate activities with other work units or departments.
- Quality and Production: Monitor quality and production levels, ensuring that all products meet our high standards.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a safe working environment for all employees.
- Team Management: Supervise a team of 5-10 people, providing guidance and support to ensure that they have the resources and training needed to succeed.
- Education: Other trades certificate or diploma, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail.
