Warehouse Operations Manager

Vitrerie SB et Associés is seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our warehouse. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe movement of goods, as well as managing a team of 5-10 people.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement operational plans to prioritize tasks and meet production deadlines
- Oversee the logistics of the organization, including inventory management and supply chain coordination
- Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations
- Monitor quality and production levels, making adjustments as necessary
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, and maintain a safe working environment
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing or logistics industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on attention to detail and quality
