Warehouse Operations Manager

Vitrerie SB et Associés is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Foreman/Woman to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our warehouse, ensuring efficient and safe operations, and maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement plans to prioritize tasks and optimize warehouse operations
- Oversee the operational logistics of the warehouse, including inventory management, shipping, and receiving
- Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations
- Monitor quality and production levels, ensuring compliance with company standards
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a safe working environment for all employees
- Draw up production schedules and plans, ensuring efficient use of resources
- Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics, including equipment operation and maintenance
- Read blueprints to determine work requirements and ensure accurate execution
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a warehouse or production environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve operational issues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving targets
- Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality and accuracy
