Director, Franchise Sales and Development

Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our franchise sales and development efforts in Eastern Canada. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for prospecting and qualifying franchise opportunities, executing hotel franchise agreements, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and qualify franchise opportunities in Eastern Canada for our Canadian brands.
  • Execute hotel franchise agreements and negotiate terms.
  • Network and attend industry events to build relationships and stay informed about market trends.
  • Assist the development team on special projects and maintain knowledge of major purchase/sale transactions, debt and equity providers, and hospitality trends.
  • Exceed sales quotas and drive business growth through strategic planning and execution.
Requirements:
  • Proven achievement in sales and business development.
  • Fluency in French and English (oral and written).
  • Experience in franchise sales and development, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
