Customer Service Representative

Driven Brands is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated customer service representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences and a minimum of 30 hours/week availability. The starting wage for this position is $18.20/hour plus incentives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expedite all incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with the Contact Centre Team to implement project initiatives and ensure seamless communication.
  • Properly manage customer information utilizing internal data systems and maintain accurate records.
  • Flexible and adaptable to constant change, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Accurately communicate customer details to Franchisees and provide exceptional support.

Qualifications and Competencies:

  • Bilingualism (English/French) and/or Spanish is an asset.
  • Strong communication skills, including reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
  • Minimum 2 years of call centre experience and a proven track record of success.
  • Sales experience is an asset, with a strong ability to build relationships and drive results.
  • Excellent computer literacy and organizational skills, with the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Hours of Operation:

  • Monday-Friday: 7am-7pm
  • Saturday: 9am-5pm
  • Sunday: 10am-5pm
