Job Title: Customer Service RepresentativeAbout the Role

At David's Bridal, we're looking for a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring that their experience is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and engage with all customers, providing a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Utilize all systems to manage customer flow, ensuring a seamless Five-Star Customer Service experience.
  • Meet and exceed service vows, including being prepared, welcoming, and meeting customer needs.
  • Proactively address customer concerns, escalating when necessary and partnering with leadership.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, providing product and service information.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, driving satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Engage in inventory management procedures, ensuring first-quality standards for all merchandise.
  • Support cash wrap behaviors and processes transactions with accuracy.
  • Assist with sales promotions and visual updates.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent degree.
  • 1-2 years prior retail experience in an apparel, service, or specialty store environment.
