Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our team at Atlantis Plumbing & Heating Ltd. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for coordinating various aspects of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and Coordinating: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events.
  • Supervision: Supervise 1 to 2 people in the team.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls and relay messages, respond to electronic inquiries, and compile data and statistics.
  • Administrative Tasks: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, greet clients, and direct them to relevant service areas.
  • Technical Skills: Utilize Google Docs, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, accounting software, and QuickBooks.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
  • Languages: English.
Working Conditions:

The successful candidate must be able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and demonstrate attention to detail. They should also possess excellent oral and written communication skills, be flexible, and have a strong ability to multitask.

Salary:

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
