Job Summary

ViaChem Inc is seeking an experienced Administrative Support Professional to join our team. As an Administrative Support Professional, you will be responsible for coordinating the flow of information within the team, directing and controlling daily operations, and evaluating daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team
  • Direct and control daily operations
  • Evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
  • Motivate staff to achieve their goals
  • Open and distribute mail and other materials
  • Plan and organize daily operations
  • Supervise other workers
  • Train staff to improve their skills and knowledge
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Manage contracts and agreements
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages
  • Answer electronic enquiries
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Docs
