About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Mary Brown's Chicken & TATERS. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and service in our dining establishments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules and ensure seamless operations.
  • Source and procure food and kitchen supplies to maintain high standards.
  • Train and mentor staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to promote a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management to inform decision-making.
  • Supervise and inspect the assembly of trays to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Establish and manage work schedules to meet business needs.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Will train and develop skills in food service operations.
  • Relocation costs covered by employer.
  • Willing to relocate for the right opportunity.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 30-35 hours per week.
