Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics Business Central Administrator

TalentSphere Staffing Solutions is seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics Business Central Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and maintenance of our ERP systems, ensuring seamless daily operations and effective system management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • System Administration: Resolve ERP and WMS related errors as they arise, and provide support to all departments as it relates to their use of the ERP and WMS.
  • Setup and Maintenance: Setup and maintain hand-held scanners, along with our IT department.
  • Error Resolution: Provide support to parties responsible for the resolution of daily EDI error clearing.
  • Consultation and Coordination: Coordinate with ERP, WMS, EDI, and TMS consultants and programmers as required.
  • Customization and Deployment: Lead the design and testing of limited ERP customizations, and participate in a leadership role in the deployment of TMS.
  • Training and Development: Lead the training of operation's group staff in the processing of sales orders, MRP, invoices, production (assembly) orders, transfer orders, packing lists, WMS, and EDI functionality, etc.
  • Data Validation and Reporting: Champion efforts to improve ERP data validity, including live inventory, daily MRP runs, daily processing of transfers and receipts, etc., and assist in the preparation of custom reports (Power BI) with the support of an independent programmer and management.
Requirements:
  • Education: Post-secondary education
  • Experience: Minimum five (5) years of relevant work experience with Business Central (MS Dynamics) and WMS in the areas of manufacturing, purchasing/procurement, and warehousing.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, including written and verbal, strong data analysis skills, coupled with demonstrated attention to details and accurate results, good decision-making & problem-solving capabilities, and strong computer skills – experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
