Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics Specialist to join our team at TalentSphere Staffing Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and maintenance of our ERP systems, ensuring seamless daily operations and effective system management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve ERP-related errors and provide support to all departments using the ERP system.
  • Setup and maintain hand-held scanners with our IT department.
  • Coordinate with ERP consultants and programmers as required.
  • Lead the design and testing of limited ERP customizations.
  • Participate in the deployment of TMS and assist in the development of MRP policies to optimize inventory levels.
  • Train operation's group staff in the processing of sales orders, MRP, invoices, and other ERP functionality.
  • Champion efforts to improve ERP data validity.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education
  • Minimum five (5) years of relevant work experience with Business Central (MS Dynamics) and WMS in manufacturing, purchasing/procurement, and warehousing
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong data analysis skills and attention to detail
  • Good decision-making and problem-solving capabilities
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office
