Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced MS Dynamics 365 Business Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Business Central, WMS, EDI, and TMS systems, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • System Administration: Resolve ERP and WMS related errors, provide support to all departments, and maintain hand-held scanners.
  • Support and Training: Lead the training of operation's group staff in the processing of sales orders, MRP, invoices, production orders, transfer orders, packing lists, WMS, and EDI functionality.
  • Customization and Development: Lead the design and testing of limited ERP customizations, assist in the development and testing of appropriate MRP policies, and prepare custom reports with the support of an independent programmer and management.
  • Quality and Data Validity: Champion efforts to improve ERP data validity, including live inventory, daily MRP runs, daily processing of transfers and receipts.
Requirements:
  • Education: Post-secondary education
  • Experience: Minimum five (5) years of relevant work experience with Business Central (MS Dynamics) and WMS in the areas of manufacturing, purchasing/procurement, and warehousing.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong data analysis skills, good decision-making and problem-solving capabilities, and strong computer skills.
