About MegaZebra

MegaZebra has been a leading game development company for over a decade, crafting category-defining games that push the boundaries of innovation.

Game Development Opportunity

We're seeking a skilled Level Designer to join our team and contribute to the creation of a groundbreaking new mobile game that combines the thrill of arcade gameplay with the depth of RPG elements.

As a key member of our development team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Designing and balancing levels to optimize KPIs such as win rates, retention, and monetization
  • Collaborating with game designers and economy designers to create engaging experiences
  • Preparing and executing special and seasonal events to keep players engaged

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 2-3 years of experience in level design for mobile games
  • A strong passion for arcade-type games and a creative approach to problem-solving
  • Excellent analytical skills to optimize levels based on data
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

At MegaZebra, you'll have the opportunity to work in a highly creative environment with a flat hierarchy, collaborate with a talented design team based in Montréal, and contribute to a company with a 15-year track record of developing and publishing its own games.

We're a remote-first company, and we're looking for talented individuals who share our passion for game development and innovation.

If you're a motivated and creative individual with a passion for game design, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
