Game Development OpportunityWe're seeking a skilled Level Designer to join our team and contribute to the creation of a groundbreaking new mobile game that combines the thrill of arcade gameplay with the depth of RPG elements.
As a key member of our development team, you'll be responsible for:
- Designing and balancing levels to optimize KPIs such as win rates, retention, and monetization
- Collaborating with game designers and economy designers to create engaging experiences
- Preparing and executing special and seasonal events to keep players engaged
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 2-3 years of experience in level design for mobile games
- A strong passion for arcade-type games and a creative approach to problem-solving
- Excellent analytical skills to optimize levels based on data
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
